Ambiance
The interior is made up of rich hardwood columns, walls and moldings; all done in excellent craftsmanship. The furnishings are elegant yet rustic with leather dining chairs specially made in Brazil. The lighting style is contemporary and delicate. The walls are decorated with original modern abstract art work created by a premier artist. The restaurant is divided into several different ambiances. On your left upon entering is a large bar that seats around 30 and extends out to the patio bar which seats another 15. The bar will primarily serve to waiting diners. The banquet room is large enough to seat up to 70 guests. Its elegance and beauty make it perfect for private parties or any business gathering. The cozy “Adega” room (wine storage) holds Sal Grosso’s premier wine cases and is warmed with a large decorative fireplace. The center room houses the large buffet that curves with the shape of the room. The all glass outdoor kitchen (where you can watch the Gauchos cook the meats) and the water fountain that cascades into a lower pool make for one of the best patio dining experiences around.
Seating will be on special made imported leather chairs from Brazil and dining capacity inside will be 170 not including an additional 30 at the inside bar. Outdoor dining in the patio can hold 40. The patio will be most talked about. The main feature will be a glassed in kitchen where diners and passersby can watch the gauchos cook the meats. The water fountain that cascades into a lower pool will help add serenity to the dining experience.
